As a registered charity The Friends of The New Selby War Memorial Hospital works within the framework of a written constitution that has been approved by the Charity Commission. Alongside this we have developed a number of policies and procedures which also regulate how we operate, in line with best practice, Charity Commission guidance and NHS requirements.
